Review of Mundo Pizza Cuba
First, I love pizza. We were welcomed into this restaurant with smiles from the awesome staff and good drinks. The inside was full of cool pizza art on the walls. I am glad we found this place as the pizza was very delicious and filling. I hope to make it back one day.
Review of Los Mercaderes
When walking into Mercaderes you feel at home, well much because it is a home, we soon learned from the owner later in our dinning experience. This was our first restaurant while visiting Cuba which was a very nice welcoming. The atmosphere was open and lively with large open balconies and tasty food. The waiters were very friendly and patient with our bad Spanish. You can tell by the full room this restaurant is a popular spot and I can understand why. We really enjoyed our food and the story behind the restaurant.
Review of Cafe Solas – Cafe De Los Artistas
I was surprised to find there were no reviews for this hidden gem. We found this restaurant while walking the streets of Havana. They were having drink specials and had small plates. We had their chicken and pork tacos which were so yummy we ended up returning another day. The restaurant used to be a home so that made the ambiance even more special. Lovely chill spot for drinks and food.
Review of La Isla de la Pasta
We walked here after having dance lessons near by. One of the waiters was standing outside and invited to try their pizza. Everyone was very welcoming and friendly. Their prices were low for their drinks and pizza, so that is a win. All our pizzas were tasty but we were sad when they ran out of Mojitos. Overall a nice lunch spot.
Review of Bar -Restaurante Sarrá
Great hidden restaurant! The food was so juicy and flavorful. Our waiter was so nice and helped us in choosing our meal. We sat on the roof so we could watch the streets as we ate. They had music videos playing on the wall which was nice. The drinks were very sweet, not my typical choice, but they were still good. We were definitely full leaving this restaurant.
Review of La Casa de La Bombilla Verde
We went on a Saturday night where we experienced a low-key vibe and live music. The drinks are cheap and the food was delicious. Although we don’t speak much Spanish, the live music was still a nice listen. If you are looking for a place to relax and have a bite to eat with entertainment, I recommend it.
Dancing in Havana
Review of Cuban Art Factory
We had such a great time here! Since we booked through Airbnb we did not have to wait in line as our tour guides got us to the front. The club is so big and full of art. There are many different rooms with all types of music for if you want to dance or sit and chat. We stayed until right before the club closed.
